Our approach involved understanding the user journey and commute process within our clients organisation, identifying pain points and opportunities for enhancement. We focused on streamlining the commute process, integrating leaderboards and a ranking system to incentivise punctuality, and enhancing overall usability.

Our Client now boasts a mobile app that not only simplifies the comute process but also delights users with fun, ranking system.
